Spirit in Consciousness is a dedicated faith-based organization committed to the spiritual growth and healing of individuals through a variety of practices and teachings. We embrace a holistic approach to well-being by offering spiritual counseling and coaching, designed to guide individuals towards inner peace and understanding.
Our services include Reiki healing sessions and attainments, where our certified practitioners channel energy to activate the natural healing processes of the body and restore physical and emotional well-being. We also provide Tai Chi classes, a meditative form of exercise known for its health benefits and harmonizing effects.
Each week, we welcome our community to join us in mass, an integral part of our spiritual practice that fosters a sense of unity and shared devotion. In addition, we offer Conscious-Based Classes aimed at fostering spiritual wellbeing. These classes cover various topics that support a conscious lifestyle, empower personal transformation, and enhance mindfulness.
